HR Manager

It is a new institutional platform that allows clients to analyze and trade on FX Option instruments and strategies in a fair and transparent manner. Synoption is recognized as a Recognized / Licensed Market Operator by Monetary Authority of Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Recruiting Cycle in collaboration with Department Heads
- Develop New Hires onboarding and training processes
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems and streamline HR processes to increase efficiency
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, time to hire and retention rates
- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Design company policies and procedures
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with data privacy requirements
Basic Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience in HR
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or Recruitment Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience in IT hiring both national and international hiring.
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Experience with sourcing techniques and job portals like Naukri, Linkedin and IIM jobs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or Head or similar role preferred
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Leadership abilities
- Graduate in any discipline with an MBA or Equivalent in HR
- Good communication skills
