Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire Recruiting Cycle in collaboration with Department Heads
  • Develop New Hires onboarding and training processes
  • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems and streamline HR processes to increase efficiency
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, time to hire and retention rates
  • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
  • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
  • Design company policies and procedures
  • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
  • Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with data privacy requirements

Basic Requirements

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in HR
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or Recruitment Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Experience in IT hiring both national and international hiring.
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and job portals like Naukri, Linkedin and IIM jobs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader or Head or similar role preferred
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Leadership abilities
  • Graduate in any discipline with an MBA or Equivalent in HR
  • Good communication skills
