About Us: SynOption Pte. Ltd. is a financial technology firm headquartered in Singapore, that plays a role in bringing more transparency and easing the way business is done in FX and Crypto options. It is a new institutional platform that allows clients to analyze and trade on FX Option instruments and strategies in a fair and transparent manner. Synoption is recognized as a Recognized / Licensed Market Operator by Monetary Authority of Singapore
Principal Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for sales of our Fx Options trading platform with a view to grow transactional FXO volumes.
- Get new client relationships, increase wallet share and client satisfaction for existing relationships.
- Devise strategy and execute for sale of our white label solutions.
- Responsible for growth of Crypto trading solutions.
- Project management and coordination with global counterparts to ensure strategy is synergized.
- Provide qualified feedback on client demand and needs to our product development and services.
Requirements:
- A strong team player with exceptional market contacts across various client segments.
- Managed clients included regional banks, FIs, NBFIs, hedge funds, real money and corporates across Asia Pacific.
- Good knowledge of the Asian eFX and eFXO market and related industry contacts.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in institutional sales.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment, pragmatic, proactive, entrepreneurial.
- Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure.
- Clear, logical thinker with a strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation.
- Solid team player that partners well with stakeholders internal and external.
